Please upload your Passport size Photo. The photo should be a Close up of your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 70–80% of the photograph in sharp focus. 

Each player must upload any ONE of the following documents clearly reflecting a Goa residential address:

• Voter’s Identity Card (EPIC) or  Valid Driving Licence – applicable for players born on or before 31/01/2007;

• Aadhaar Card – applicable only for players born on or after 01/02/2007.
